Welcome to CX Labs Limited Privacy Policy. Your privacy is critically important to us, and we are committed to protecting it. CX Labs Limited ("us", "we", or "our") operates the Mission Pro mobile application (hereafter referred to as the "Service").This policy explains how we use any personal information we collect about you when you use the Service.

Information We Collect

When you use our Service, we collect the following information:


Location Data: We collect precise geolocation data to provide the core functionality of the Service. This data is stored locally on your device and encrypted for security.


Shared Location Data: If you choose to share your location history with other users, we process this data to facilitate the sharing functionality.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:


Operate and maintain the Service;

Provide you with the full functionality of the Service;

Enhance the security and safety of the Service, including by trying to prevent unauthorised access to or use of the Service;

and Communicate with you, for Service-related purposes.

Data Storage and Security

Location Data Storage: By default, your location data is stored only on your device. If you choose to broadcast your location to a group you belong to, it is transmitted through our message broker to other group members. Where a recipient is offline at the time of broadcast, the data is held in the broker - including on disk - for up to 24 hours so it can be delivered when they next connect, after which it is deleted. Data from GPS trackers you operate is handled in the same way: queued in the message broker only until it has been delivered to its intended recipients or the 24-hour window expires. We do not currently retain a historical record of your location data on our servers.

Encryption: We employ industry-standard encryption methods to store your location data securely.

No Transfer: We do not transfer, process, or store your data on any of our servers, except when you choose to share your location history with other users. In such cases, the shared location data is transmitted securely.

Your data protection rights

Mission Pro is designed to minimise the personal data held on our servers. Team membership and callsigns are stored on team members' devices, not centrally. Location broadcasts, messages, map markers, routes, and geofences pass through our message broker only long enough to reach their intended recipients (up to 24 hours for offline delivery), after which they are deleted. We do not maintain a server-side database of user activity or content.

We use Sentry, a third-party error reporting service operated by Functional Software, Inc. (United States), to capture crash and error reports from the app. These reports include device information (model, OS, app version), your callsign, and approximate geographic location derived from your IP address. They do not include precise GPS coordinates or any of the position data broadcast within Mission Pro. Sentry retains this data under its own retention policies; their privacy policy is available at https://sentry.io/privacy/.

Under UK GDPR you have the following rights:

Right of access: You may request a copy of any personal data we hold about you. In practice this consists of error reports captured through Sentry, as we do not maintain a server-side database of activity.


Right to rectification
: You may change your callsign on your device at any time. Historical error reports cannot be amended retroactively, only deleted.


Right to erasure
: You may request deletion of your error reports. Data in transit through our message broker is automatically deleted within 24 hours.


Right to restrict processing / object
: You may stop broadcasting your location or leave a team at any time. You may request that we cease capturing error reports from your device.


Right to data portability
: Your team data, callsign, and history are held on your own device, which is the canonical copy. Error reports can be exported on request.

Sharing Your Information

We do not collect nor share your personal information with any third parties for their marketing purposes.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by contacting you.
